With work assignments provided by the Program Lead, the Program Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks associated with CPaGE programs. They will be responsible for building classes in relevant software systems, scheduling classes, answering program inquiries, resolving enrollment issues, communicating with instructors, and processing certificates. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. The Program Coordinator will address student issues and concerns, provide enrollment reports, and assist with enrollment documentation. They must exercise judgment in answering student inquiries and resolving student issues, recognizing problems and suggesting possible solutions. In addition, they may be asked to suggest changes and improvements to web content and marketing documents, and provide basic analytical analysis, including reconciling invoices and creating purchase requisitions. |
