Associate Director, Building Infrastructure Trades San José
The Facilities Development and Operations Department is seeking an Associate Director of Building Infrastructure Trades to join the Team! In this position, you will be responsible for leadership, management, and supervisory oversight of several trades shops including the HVAC Shop, Plumbing Shop, and Electrical Shop. In this role, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring services from all shops are provided to the campus in an organized, prioritized, scheduled, and delivered in a cost-effective manner meeting budget allocations and established service level expectations. If you have a bachelor’s degree, five years of supervisory experience, three years of senior leadership experience, and experience with computer programs, then we want to hear from you!
Assistant Director of Athletic Communications Pomona
Assist in the coordination in the day to day operations of the Athletic Department’s communication office which sponsors 11, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II sports and is a member of the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). For assigned sports, the position will serve as the primary point of contact with coaching staffs, student-athletes, contacts at NCAA and CCAA office, communication with other Universities, athletic department personnel.

The Financial Aid Counselor/Program Coordinator performs a variety of processing and specialized financial aid functions to facilitate administration of financial aid programs and delivery of funds to students in support of access and student success. Activities include determining eligibility; awarding aid; facilitating problem solving with students and parents; and making professional judgment decisions regarding student aid eligibility. The Counselor provides leadership and program oversight over an assigned area of specialty; adjudicates appeals; and provides training to other staff.

The Associate Registrar of Records & Advising Systems is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the administration of processes, policies, and services related to Student Records and Academic Advising Systems, including E-Advising and Curriculum & Compliance. Responsibilities include implementation of new tools and functionality; planning, directing, and evaluating both staff and the administration of programs and processes; and developing high-level management reports. Furthermore, the incumbent provides services that are equitable, inclusive, and culturally sensitive to enhance the quality of campus life. This position uses a student-centered and equity-minded approach in all communication and service efforts.
Director, Student Disability Services San Diego
The Director of Student Disability Services reports to the Chief Wellness and Compliance Officer for Student Affairs and is responsible for the direction, planning, administration, organization and evaluation of the various programs and services offered through SDS in support of the students at San Diego State University. The Director works closely with the Chief Wellness and Compliance Officer regarding mission, goals and programs, outreach services, staff development, budget, human resources, resource management, assessment, sustainability and overall direction of SDS.
Executive Assistant/Project Specialist Sacramento
Under the direction of the Chief of External Relations, the Executive Assistant/Project Specialist provides executive administrative support to both the Chief of External Relations and the University President and is responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the office.
