University Registrar - (Administrator III) - Division of Enrollment Management San Francisco

Resident Life Coordinator Long Beach
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Residential Student Development, the Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) is a live-in professional who oversees all the daily operations and leadership of their assigned residential community. The incumbent's responsibility includes but is not limited to the following areas: lead Graduate Residential Life Coordinators (GRLCs), Resident Assistants (RAs), and Student Assistants (SAs), case coordination centering around student behavior, residential curriculum and community development, and administrative components. Groundsworker East Bay
The main function of the Groundsworker position is to maintain the campus grounds in a way that provides a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for the staff, faculty, students and the community.  Under general supervision, this position performs work involving some or all of the following: planting, cultivating, fertilizing, spraying and watering ornamental plants, shrubs, hedges, trees, lawns and flowers. The Groundsworker is also responsible for raking, removing weeds, cleaning trash from assigned areas including parking lots; preparing and treating soils for planting, maintaining hoses, sprinklers, tools, supplies and equipment in proper condition and repair. Additionally, trimming of trees, hedges, shrubs, and install tree supports. This position may operate and perform minor repairs and maintenance on power equipment such as lawn mowers, edger’s, and weed eaters and assist in preparing athletic fields for events.  The Groundsworker  may occasionally assist a in sprinkler repair, spraying, tree trimming, or nursery functions, operate trucks and other equipment in performance of assigned duties. In addition, this position may construct flower beds, maintain drainage systems, remove brush and trees, collects trash, and helps to install concrete and asphalt.
Director of Development, College of Health East Bay
The Office of University Advancement includes various departments that work together to maximize philanthropic support to the University, heighten the University’s visibility in the community, and actively engage alumni in the life of the University. The University Advancement – Development team is responsible for securing all levels and types of private support including annual gifts, major gifts, corporate gifts and planned gifts. Under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Major Gifts, the Director of Development will be responsible for directing a full-spectrum of development and fundraising activities at the University level and specific to an assigned College (and other Colleges and programs as assigned). The Director of Development will focus primarily on securing individual major gift support ($25,000+) and, to a lesser degree, will facilitate garnering corporate and foundation support. With a high degree of independent judgement, the Director of Development is expected to conduct a minimum of 12 visits per month requiring extensive travel and attendance at evening and weekend events. The Director of Development will strategically move prospects and donors through the major gift fundraising cycle (i.e., identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship) while also building a small pipeline of high-end Leadership Annual Giving donors; thereby maintaining a robust Prospect/Donor Portfolio. The Director of Development will maintain a portfolio of 100-150 prospects/donors at the various fundraising/development stages. The Director of Development will work collaboratively with the assigned dean(s), department chairs, faculty, university leaders, and Sr. Director of Major Gifts to plan, articulate, and implement a comprehensive strategic fundraising plan to raise funds to meet the educational mission of the university and assigned college(s), programs, and areas.
