This position ensures continuity and operational stability within the college by serving as a key administrative resource for students, staff, faculty, and visitors. In coordination with the College Administrative Analyst/Specialist and the Dean, the Administrative Support Coordinator (ASC) oversees day-to-day operations for the Student Success Center and the Concrete Industry Management (CIMT) program, manages college-level curriculum and retention, tenure, and promotion (RTP) processes, and supports the administrative needs of the technician shops. Additionally, the ASC provides direct administrative support to the Dean, Associate Dean, AA/S, and Marketing and Communications Specialist, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions.
