The role supports daily office operations, including supervision of student employees, maintenance of office systems and records, and assistance with time-sensitive priorities and process improvement efforts.
The position also serves as a divisional support resource, providing temporary administrative assistance to colleges and departments during vacancies, planned absences, staffing transitions, peak workload periods, and division-wide initiatives. In doing so, it helps ensure continuity of operations across Academic Affairs.
