| Under supervision of the Executive Director of Housing & Residential Life, the Housing Assessment & Analytics Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive assessment initiatives for Student Housing department. This position serves as the department's primary assessment professional, leading efforts to measure residential student initiatives, program effectiveness, residential satisfaction, and overall departmental outcomes. The coordinator works collaboratively with Residential Life Leadership, Area Coordinators (ACs), Residential Life Coordinators (RLCs), and other departmental staff to embed assessment within the residential initiatives, evaluate departmental programs and services, and utilize data-driven decision making to enhance the residential student experience at CSULB. Further, this position will work closely with Student Affairs, Associate Director, Assessment and Evaluation. The coordinator will also partner with managers on key departmental HR functions, including staff recruitment, training, and policy development, in consultation with Human Resources as needed. |
