Radiologic Technologist II - Per Diem Chico
Under general supervision, the Radiologic Technologist II performs a wide range of diagnostic radiographic procedures and provides administrative and operational coordination for the radiology department at the WellCat Health Center (WCHC). The incumbent works independently to produce high-quality radiographs and other diagnostic images using radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS). This position makes independent decisions regarding imaging techniques, assesses image quality, determines the need for retakes or additional views, and monitors patients’ conditions during procedures. The Radiologic Technologist II provides technical expertise, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and contributes to the overall efficiency and quality assurance of the radiology department.
IT Asset Management Specialist (Technology Support Specialist III) Chico
Working independently under general supervision, the IT Asset Management Specialist serves as the campus subject matter expert and program owner for the full lifecycle management of university-owned end-user and departmental hardware, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and specialized computing devices. This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of hardware lifecycle programs, including PC as a Service (PCaaS), departmental purchasing models, and special-purpose computing environments. The incumbent applies advanced technical, analytical, and policy expertise to evaluate technology solutions, vendor options, lifecycle cost models, and system integrations, ensuring the scalable, compliant, and sustainable delivery of hardware services across the institution. Executive Assistant to the VPIT (Confidential Administrative Support II) Chico
Under the general direction of the Vice President for Information Technology (VP/CIO), this position serves as Executive Assistant and trusted advisor to the VP/CIO, managing highly complex, confidential, and sensitive matters. The incumbent provides comprehensive executive-level administrative, operational, logistical, and communications support for the Office of the VP/CIO, working closely with Information Technology leadership, senior campus administrators, the Office of the President, and the CSU Chancellor’s Office. The role also provides specialized coordination for technology-enabled initiatives, technical vendors supporting divisional and executive events, and CSU systemwide CIO governance activities. Responsibilities include coordinating complex schedules, communications, and logistics involving campus IT leadership, CSU CIO councils, and external partners in support of Office of the CIO projects and events. Venue & Patron Services Coordinator (Guest Services Sales Professional I) Revised Chico
This position reports directly to the Director of Business and Patron Service Operations and supports the Venue and Patron Services Specialist (VPSS) in providing Patron Services support to University Box Office (UBO) clients across campus. These clients currently include Chico Performances, the School of the Arts, Athletics, North State Symphony, and the Office of Commencement, as well as additional campus-sponsored events as needed. Clinical Lab Scientist I (Per Diem) Chico
Working under the supervision of a physician laboratory director or higher-level Clinical Laboratory Scientist, the Clinical Laboratory Scientist I (CLS I) is a licensed professional responsible for performing a wide variety of moderate to highly complex clinical laboratory tests and examinations. The CLS I provides medical staff with essential laboratory data for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of illness and disease within the university setting. Assignments typically include diagnostic testing ordered by licensed practitioners (e.g., urinalysis, pregnancy tests, blood tests, antibiotic sensitivity tests), specimen collection and preparation, interpretation of test outcomes, calibration and maintenance of equipment, and quality assurance in compliance with state and federal regulations, including the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).

Under the general administrative and medical direction of the Lead Physician and Executive Director, and in accordance with established standardized procedures and protocols, the Physician provides comprehensive primary care to students of California State University, Chico. The Physician is a licensed health care practitioner who delivers a broad range of clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health education.
