- Lead and coordinate our dedicated Facilities Services team across both Imperial Valley campus sites.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely maintenance.
- Oversee contractors and manage construction and development projects from start to finish.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our high standards.

Key Qualifications
- Working knowledge of materials, methods, equipment, and tools in trade areas pertaining to facilities (plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, etc.) maintenance operations.
- Knowledge of generally accepted trade practices.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures for biological and radiological materials
- Understanding of Cal/OSHA regulations.
- Familiarity with applicable building and safety codes and regulations related to facilities operations, maintenance, and modifications.
- Previous experience running an effective and efficient facilities services operation preferred.
