Partner with HR units, faculty, staff, and students to resolve disputes, grievances, and university matters with fairness and care. Research, analyze, and prepare impactful reports with actionable recommendations that shape policy and practice. Develop innovative strategies and solutions for highly complex and confidential challenges that affect the entire university community. Work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring every voice is heard and every concern addressed.

Under the visionary guidance of the Production Manager, the Costume/Makeup Studio Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bringing characters to life through costume and makeup. This is more than a technical position—it’s a leadership opportunity to inspire and guide the creative journey of each production. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team, source and craft compelling costume and makeup elements, oversee fittings and alterations, and mentor both paid and volunteer student designers and crews.
As a vital member of the College of Humanities and Fine Arts’ production team, the Coordinator supports the artistic and educational missions of the department and the School of the Arts. The costume and makeup studio is more than a workspace—it’s a dynamic training ground where creativity, hands-on learning, and collaboration thrive.
