Job/Department Summary:
Under the supervision of the Associate Vice President for University Advancement (AVP), and in close collaboration with the Chico State Enterprises (CSE) Finance Director, the Enterprise Experience Manager will support the Comprehensive Campaign for Chico State by helping to build new infrastructure that strengthens the interface between Chico State and Chico State Enterprises (CSE) including the University Foundation (UF). This will help build capacity as the campus embarks on an ambitious new campaign to bring new programs, projects, and activities to support Chico State students.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
AND
Minimum five years administrative experience
Preferences:
Preference may be given to applicants with the following as they may be considered specialized skills:
- Bilingual.
- Project Management training or experience.
- Process improvement or LEAD Six type training or experience.

Pay Plan: 12/12
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, Summer: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:30pm.
CSU Classification Salary Range: $47,256 - $140,436 per year. (Admin I)
Anticipated Hiring Range: Not expected to exceed $70,000 per year. Salary commensurate with education and experience of the individual selected.
