| The Administrative Support Coordinator II (ASC) operates independently under the general supervision of the department chair, overseeing all clerical and administrative support functions for the Departments of Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Science Education. Incumbent also assists with maintenance and operation of integrated financial systems and/or other types of records management systems, such as the Common Maintenance Management System (Web TMA) and PeopleSoft, used by the department, and/or Chico State to monitor information.
