Analyst/Programmer - Expert Chico
Working independently, under general direction of the Assistant Vice President for Advancement Services, Annual and Planned Giving, the Analyst/Programmer oversees the complete software development process from conception to deployment as a full-stack developer. his will include analysis, design, development, integration, testing, documentation and supports systems and technology-based solutions to meet the users’ needs including web applications, associated databases, and related enterprise systems. These systems, complex software processes, and reports execute independently and/or as part of a larger, mission-critical, information system. Oracle databases are utilized and Authentication/Authorization can vary depending upon program and end-user requirements (designs have utilized Active Directory, LDAP, CAS, Shibboleth, as well as Database Role Providers). Oracle Apex is used for application development with many applications in production. The incumbent will utilize several different languages and tool-sets. The primary tool-set utilized for web application development is Microsoft Visual Studio with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) software pattern in the programming language of C# (C-Sharp). The incumbent will also provide on-going technical support to end users and colleagues. Incumbents at the expert level work almost completely independently on the most complex problems and work assignments. Advancement Services and Annual Fund is responsible for coordinating and helping the University Advancement Division regarding technology, resources, and services to support learning, research, and general business operations of the university.
Full-Time Lecturer - Scenic Design and Technical Theatre Chico

***INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY*** Working independently, under the general direction of the AVP, the International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) Coordinator performs highly complex Student Services work, reviewing sensitive and highly complex individual, group, or organizational problems. Incumbent will utilize a combination of high-level analytical and interpersonal skills, working on the most complex problems from the investigation and analysis stage through the solution and implementation stage. Responsibilities include serving as the lead international student services and retention specialist, serving as a SEVIS Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) and Designated School Official (DSO), assessing and monitoring program efficacy through student success and retention rates, developing and implementing program policies, such as cross-campus student success systems, cultural transition and retention programming, as well as overseeing administrative support staff and supervising student assistants. The level of work assigned regularly impacts other Student Services areas and the scope of assignments is program-wide.

Chico State Athletics is collecting application materials for a pool of Assistant Coaches with positions available as determined by need during the 2025-26 academic year. Appointments are non-tenured and renewable annually dependent upon satisfactory performance, budget considerations, enrollment, and programmatic need. Appointments will be made as one of two classifications (Coaching Specialist or Coaching Assistant) depending upon contract length and rate of pay. Regardless of classification, the working title of this position shall be Assistant Coach. An Assistant Coach appointment may be an FLSA exempt position depending on job duties. Assistant Coach appointments may qualify for full benefits and may have a less than full-time time-base. However, the number of hours worked per week throughout the period of employment will vary depending on needs of the department, and exempt employees do not receive overtime pay. As a member of an integrated team, the successful applicant will provide lecture and field instruction in agricultural education and teaching methods for secondary teachers; agricultural communication and leadership; supervise student teachers; advise undergraduate and graduate students and serve as advisor to student organizations; participate in the development of the agricultural science program; conduct research in an area related to teaching responsibilities and industry needs; serve on appropriate College and University committees; participate in outreach conferences, activities, and other programs within the College of Agriculture; and work closely with the local agricultural community.
