| Under the general supervision of the Director of Student Rights & Responsibilities (SRR), the Student Conduct Administrator conducts investigations involving students, facilitates student complaints, adjudicates disciplinary referrals related to violations of Title 5 of the California Code of Education, and assists in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
The incumbent serves as the lead administrator for one or more functional areas, including, but not limited to, Student Compliance, Academic Integrity, and student organization investigations. This position may also assist the Director with oversight of the daily operations of the Student Rights & Responsibilities Office.
The incumbent works collaboratively and effectively with students, faculty, staff, parents, and members of the public.

| Under direct supervision, the Custodian performs a broad range of cleaning and custodial duties within assigned areas. Assignments may vary based on operational needs and may include buildings, facilities, structures, and adjacent areas or portions thereof. | Working independently under general direction, the Provost Office and Academic Affairs Support position provides administrative and operational support to the Provost’s Office and the Academic Affairs division. The role supports daily office operations, including supervision of student employees, maintenance of office systems and records, and assistance with time-sensitive priorities and process improvement efforts.
The position also serves as a divisional support resource, providing temporary administrative assistance to colleges and departments during vacancies, planned absences, staffing transitions, peak workload periods, and division-wide initiatives. In doing so, it helps ensure continuity of operations across Academic Affairs. The role also coordinates administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and programs sponsored by the Provost’s Office, including the Emeritus and Retired Faculty and Staff Association Hall of Honor nomination process and recognition event.
The Provost serves as the University’s Chief Academic Officer and reports to the President.
